I’ve used Emmett twice now. First in my previous home and recently again for damp proofing work- and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more. He did an amazing job both times. The work was completed to a really high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. He’s reliable, professional and clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to find someone so honest and dependable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and recommend him to friends and family. Highly recommended!

I’ve used Emmett from Hillcrest Plastering before and will definitely use him again. He recently repaired a DIY job gone wrong on a Victorian staircase wall—replacing plasterboard, securing loose sections, removing lath, and applying bonding and mesh before a smooth reskim. He found woodworm during the job, which he proactively treated and gave helpful advice. Emmett is professional, tidy, communicative, and made sure the skirting board ledge—previously uneven and partially covered—was fully exposed and level. Highly professional and reliable—would definitely recommend.
