10 Replacing boiler valve

Engineer provided an honest quote and timeline expectation from the initial contact. Once he arrived, he came prepared with a friendly introduction. The repair was quick, I asked him to explain the problem and solution which he did to detail which shows his knowledge. Once completed, I asked for potential improvements to the system which he let me know. Hillcrest Gas was excellent, he quickly found the fault on my boiler & replaced by broken pump. Also give me great advice on how to get my boiler more efficient by changing the settings & save me money. Hillcrest Gas services Ltd was founded by myself Ashley. I joined British Gas as a young apprentice and after 15 years of service gaining experience on all types of systems I started up on my own. Working the busy patches of London and specialising in boiler/system breakdowns and maintenance I then relocated to Surrey. Where I have the pleasure of serving the local
community, I pride myself on customer service and building a good rapport with customers to find the best solution through best advice.
We specialise in system and boiler repairs but undertake a wide variety of other works which you can find within my profile.
Smart energy and controls have become the new benchmark for controlling our heat and water within our homes and we have a great knowledge and experience in implementing these in your homes.
We have great relationships with many multi home landlord’s and work together to make certification and maintenance on those properties as convenient and affordable as possible.
