  Hillcrest Gas was excellent, he quickly found the fault on my boiler & replaced by broken pump. Also give me great advice on how to get my boiler more efficient by changing the settings & save me money. I highly recommend there services, efficient & highly dependable work.

  Emergency Call out and Boiler service

  We have now used Ashley on three occasions for emergency call out's and routine servicing. Ashley is always fast to respond and the quality of his work is high. What stands out for me, is Ashley honesty and work ethic. The first time we met Ashley, he fixed a problem and when I asked him about servicing, he checked the boiler and dates and advised me to schedule him in for a future date in 6 months. Rather than just saying yes and taking our money, he was open and honest. Since that call out, I have used Ashley for annual servicing and a central heating repair. Fast, honest and well priced

  Fixing Hive and valves

  First class job from Hillcrest Gas. The engineer spotted the problem immediately on Hive and fixed that and was then able to diagnose the problems with valves on the boiler and hot water tank. Our engineer was knowledgeable and friendly and demonstrated the problems on each item. I would definitely recommend Hillcrest Gas.

  Gas boiler repair

  We had an error message on our boiler, which meant our water temperature was fluctuating hot and cold. Ashley fixed the issue, but also explained the issues that made this occur. He had all the right parts we needed and even went out to Screwfix to get any extra bits he needed. He went out of his way to ensure the boiler would be fine for the next years service. He let us know exactly what the problem was and was efficient at the job. Price was also reasonable given the amount of things that had to be sorted that we were unaware of. Will definitely be using him again! Thank you!
