Engineer provided an honest quote and timeline expectation from the initial contact. Once he arrived, he came prepared with a friendly introduction. The repair was quick, I asked him to explain the problem and solution which he did to detail which shows his knowledge. Once completed, I asked for potential improvements to the system which he let me know. I found his approach honest and would recommend him to anyone.

Hillcrest Gas was excellent, he quickly found the fault on my boiler & replaced by broken pump. Also give me great advice on how to get my boiler more efficient by changing the settings & save me money. I highly recommend there services, efficient & highly dependable work.
