  Started using this company this week, their communication has been excellent and the communication from my cleaner Beth has been amazing. Beth and her colleague have left the house spotless tidy and I’m really really pleased with the outcome.. look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks guys!

  I am very disappointed in the domestic cleaner we had from Hill Cleaning . Half the time she didnt turn up ! One day she went 1/2 hour early saying everything was clean ! She was very slap dash with things just dropped on the floor . Today she came in a proceeded to carry on a mobile phone call for 45 minutes while supposedly working . I told her to leave in no uncertain terms .

  I’m sorry the experience didn’t go as expected. I also want to mention that the cleaner did feel quite uncomfortable during the visit, which may have added to the situation on both sides.   We booked a full deep clean and carpet clean on the same day. The house looked spotless afterward. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors – everything was done to a high standard. Carpets came up beautifully. Great communication and trustworthy service.

  Incredible job! The carpets came up spotless and soft again — I honestly didn’t think they’d ever look this good. Fast, professional and worth every penny. You can tell they really take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
