    Happy with our Deep Clean

    I was really pleased with the Deep Clean, I had done at my elderly mother's house. Hill's replied to my enquiry quickly and efficiently, offered me a time slot within my 'narrow' window of time, I had available. They were flexible on the time I booked 3-4 hrs, but I decided to have 4 1/2 hrs. As I wasn't sure how long the job would take. They informed in advance of my cleaners name, Rachel. She turned up on time, with all the equipment. Very pleased with her standard of work.

    Started using this company this week, their communication has been excellent and the communication from my cleaner Beth has been amazing. Beth and her colleague have left the house spotless tidy and I’m really really pleased with the outcome.. look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks guys!

    Appalling

    I am very disappointed in the domestic cleaner we had from Hill Cleaning . Half the time she didnt turn up ! One day she went 1/2 hour early saying everything was clean ! She was very slap dash with things just dropped on the floor . Today she came in a proceeded to carry on a mobile phone call for 45 minutes while supposedly working . I told her to leave in no uncertain terms .

    I’m sorry the experience didn’t go as expected. I also want to mention that the cleaner did feel quite uncomfortable during the visit, which may have added to the situation on both sides.     Carpet & Deep clean

    We booked a full deep clean and carpet clean on the same day. The house looked spotless afterward. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors – everything was done to a high standard. Carpets came up beautifully. Great communication and trustworthy service.
