10 Locate leaking pipe under floor boards and repair.

John responded to my call immediately and Udo was with us within 4 hours to find and repair the leak which involved lifting carpet and floorboards and putting everything back perfectly. The plumber who came to check out the problem was very helpful and informative. Then the other plumber who came to fit the water heater was very accommodating when fitting heater, which is tricky given how small my flat is! Quick response to a problem that was not straightforward to diagnose until the tap was partly disassembled. It turned out that the unbranded shower tap needed a new diverter. Udo was great in sourcing a higher quality replacement and came back on Saturday morning to fit it. I had previously been told by another plumber that the whole shower unit would have to be replaced - which would have cost 10 times as much.
