I contacted John regarding an issue with my oven, fire alarms and boiler service. They have the expertise to sort all issues, and have now become my regular contact for my annual boiler service. John responded to my call immediately and Udo was with us within 4 hours to find and repair the leak which involved lifting carpet and floorboards and putting everything back perfectly. Udo has serviced our boiler for three years and is a lovely guy who really knows what he is doing.
