A hurried installation by the 'engineer' who delivered a new washing machine meant it didn't work for its inaugural test! Thankfully, Gareth was on hand within 20m (in the evening) to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. Really appreciate the prompt and professional service. Will definitley use again.

We discovered a leak above our kitchen. Gareth arrived within 1/2 hour of us calling him. He quickly discovered the reason for the leak was where old imperial piping had been connected to metric piping. As it was a Saturday afternoon it was a quick trip to a local hardware store to find the necessary adapter. All completed highly efficiently. This is not the first time Gareth has saved the day for us.

Fixed all problems and was helpful with all my questions.
