  underfloor heating repair

  I had a water leak in my property due to a damaged underfloor heating pipe. The owner of the company visited and inspected the site and then quoted me for the job reassuring me that he can fix it. On the day of the appointment he arrived 3h hours late , he spent 20min doing a patch repair and left the property claiming that he cannot complete it properly but claiming the full fee. All these for £460 When I asked him to complete the job he refused and asked to be paid in full . Very misleading and unprofessional .

  Quick, did the job requested and even had the honesty to charge less than agreed since there was no need to service one of the appliances, couldn't ask for anything more really.

  At last I've found a plumber that listens, turns up as promised, knows what needs doing and finishes the job brilliantly. All concerned in this company were polite, helpful and well informed, a pleasure to have in the home. Well done Highfield! You are a rare breed!

  Highfield heating and gas services contacted me after I put my job on check a trade after a very disappointing visit from another company who said they couldn't do the job, Sarah the lady I spoke to was so helpful and friendly helping me to identify the part I needed, I received a text on the day to say Craig was on his way ,he said it was rather tricky but would do his best and he certainly did ,within an hour job completed, he was also very polite and helpful, I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them for any further services I may need .

  LPG boiler to replace solid fuel heating system

  Craig, Martin and Josh, worked really patiently. Not too simple a job unfortunately and took a bit longer than anticipated . Took it all in their stride , went above and beyond to get the job finished to my satisfaction. (Including Josh drawing the short straw at one point!) The team worked very well together , can’t fault them. Will definitely recommend the company .
