  While trying to service my boiler the technician detected some problems that would be very expensive to repair. Having decided to get a new boiler instead, Highfield Plumbing and Heating turned out to be an highly efficient and helpful provider. Communication with them was efficient. When the day of the installation arrived a young technician arrived who was obviously very well trained and highly knowledgeable of his trade. Not only did he install the new boiler, but he also optimised the settings of the radiators throughout the house, making the system as a whole work better than before.

  Highfield plumbing and heating offer an excellent service from the initial phone call, to the work carried out, by Craig and Joshua, fixing a leaking pipe and bath, . They are friendly and professional - went above and beyond. They found and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Excellent service! I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Wonderful and professional company

  From the first contact I was very impressed with this company. They were professional from the start. The 2 plumbers who came to replace my kitchen tap and waste pipe were friendly and courteous throughout. They did a wonderful job and left the area spotless. I will be using this company again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

  New shower supplied and fitted

  My job was accepted really quickly. I received great communication from Sarah. I was advised on which shower would be the best replacement. I was happy with the price quoted for sourcing the shower along with fitting. Which saved me the potential headache of getting something that may not have fitted correctly. The fitter arrived early and did a fantastic job. I’m delighted with the result and the service received.

  Ball valve in my water tank wasn't working properly, leaking out of the overflow pipe and soaking the wall outside. Put my problem on Checkatrade site on the Sunday evening, the first to reply was Highfield plumbing and heating, spoke to them Monday morning, the plumber named Felix arrived Wednesday and only took half an hour to replace. Was impressed with their communication and very impressed with Felix the plumber, overall a very satisfied customer, would recommend
