  Boiler service, fitting and stop tap and new tap

  Felix arrived on time, he serviced the boiler and fitted the tap. Changing the stop tap proved to be really difficult as it was hidden below the kitchen cupboard at the back of the skirting. The pipe work is very old, leaking and falling to pieces. Felix was determined to make it work and was able to find a solution by fitting it in a different place, which involved sawing through the back of the cupboard. A very nasty, dirty and difficult job, but Felix was calm, polite and professional throughout. I was very relieved and pleased with the completed work.

  Replaced pipe

  We had a serious leak from our pipe under the sink and within five minutes of arriving Felix had stopped it and was ready with new part.He was brilliant and very professional,really gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing as we had a bad experience the day before with a different company.Have always had excellent workmanship from this firm and will continue to use them.

  Felix the gas engineer was very helpful with all the work needed to carry out my two complicated boiler and shower repairs.He informed me with all the work and parts that was needed to compete my Job . I.would highly recommend this company Thankyou Felix

  Replacing an old kitchen sink

  They spoke to me about my requirements and helped me choose an appropriate new sink, quoted me for the work and agreed a convenient date once I’d accepted the quote. The work was carried out as agreed on time, the tradesmen involved did the job well and cleared everything up afterwards. I’m very pleased with the whole job from start to finish, and would be happy to use Highfield again, and recommend them.
