  Fixing main water feed pipe leak in loft

  The Highfield company did everything it said it would do and maintained communication throughout including when the plumber was delayed for about an hour at a previous job. On arrival, He identified the source of the problem in a very confined and awkward space and it was fixed within 30 minutes or so. He was helpful and patient throughout and also provided advice on my 'missing' internal valve. Highfield and particularly him were professional throughout.

  Absolutely brilliant, they told me the date ,time and the price for the job,the service was great. Everything they said would happen ,did in the time frame. They are professional company and I would highly recommend them

  The flush and fill system on the toilet was causing constant leak into toilet bowl.

  Vance identified the problem straight away and fixed the issue brilliantly. Sarah was great with keeping me informed and both her and Vance were a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly use them again
