Carried out the servicing of my heat pump and the cylinder. Did a great job and was very insightful.

The company was really efficient and professional. They kept me updated of whe. They was on route. When they came there was an issue with a part and they did everything they could to get back ASAP due to not being able to use my heating. They come back the next morning and sorted this would highly recommend.

The plumber from Highfields Plumbing and Heating Ltd was prompt, efficient, and tidy. He serviced my gas fire and boiler, and refitted my gas fire, which was loose at the top and had fallen forward. He did a good job.

I agreed and had a quote for the work on the same day and got booked in to change the boiler within 2 weeks. Great service, very friendly staff, completely transparent throughout, eager to help and good follow up. I would highly recommend this company and won’t hesitate to use them going forward.
