Wanted to swap a bath mixer tap. After finding the stop tap I noticed it was leaking. Booked a local company that let me down. Tried highfield after a recommendation from a family member. Got through straight away and was very helpful. Gave prices over the phone and left it with me to mull it over. Rang back a couple days later to book. Booked in for a couple days later. Plenty of confirmation about the appointment to keep me informed even had an update on the day to say Vance was 4 minutes away! Arrived on time and completed the work quickly! Even charged less than quoted! Happy customer!

The Highfield company did everything it said it would do and maintained communication throughout including when the plumber was delayed for about an hour at a previous job. On arrival, He identified the source of the problem in a very confined and awkward space and it was fixed within 30 minutes or so. He was helpful and patient throughout and also provided advice on my 'missing' internal valve. Highfield and particularly him were professional throughout.

Absolutely brilliant, they told me the date ,time and the price for the job,the service was great. Everything they said would happen ,did in the time frame. They are professional company and I would highly recommend them
