They work was carried out by workers from higher elevation. They were very good. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently. They disposed of all materials that were not needed and tidied up after the job was completed. The work was done in a few hours and they even gave me instructions on how to use my new stair lift safely. Very good service.

Annual service carried out excellently by 1 engineer & a youngster who was learning the trade. Both were pleasant, very efficient in the task. Both wore overshoes showing respect for my property.

I just had a stairlift fitted and I cannot praise Higher Elevation enough! From the first contact they were polite, respectful and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way, turned up on time and explained everything clearly. Zak, Brandon & Phil who installed the lift did a fantastic job & they left absolutely no mess behind.

Thorough and Reassuring Maintenance Inspection

A scheduled maintenance inspection was carried out of our stair lift. I was impressed by the very thorough nature of the work and grateful for the time and information provided to explain the process and various features together with common faults and simple remedies that could be applied before it is necessary to call out an engineer, together with tips to avoid problems. In addition to the stringent checks I was also offered adjustments to the operation of the lift which could have been useful. Care was also taken to wear shoe covers when entering the house to avoid any potential damage.
