Had Chair Lift serviced again by Higher Elevation. Once again the work was carried out expertly and all the issues we had with the chair were addresed and dealt with.

The whole Higher Elevation team have been truly exceptional! My stairlift was fitted by them and they support with the maintenance. Jason is our regular engineer. Jason has always serviced our stairlift and once when it needed to fixed the admin staff booked me in promptly. Jason repaired the lift and resolved the problem. It also helps that Jason is knowledgeable, polite and very professional. I’m very pleased with the service and maintenance being offered by this company. Very satisfied, thank you!

They work was carried out by workers from higher elevation. They were very good. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently. They disposed of all materials that were not needed and tidied up after the job was completed. The work was done in a few hours and they even gave me instructions on how to use my new stair lift safely. Very good service.

Annual service carried out excellently by 1 engineer & a youngster who was learning the trade. Both were pleasant, very efficient in the task. Both wore overshoes showing respect for my property.

I just had a stairlift fitted and I cannot praise Higher Elevation enough! From the first contact they were polite, respectful and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way, turned up on time and explained everything clearly. Zak, Brandon & Phil who installed the lift did a fantastic job & they left absolutely no mess behind.
