Kerry in the office was super efficient, friendly and helpful. Our initial contact was out of hours, she took all the details booked me an appointment for the next day and called me in the morning to confirm. Jason the engineer came out and was amazing, explaining everything clearly and fixing the issue with my dad’s stairlift on his first visit. I would highly recommend.

Jason was very professional, attentive and clear with his approach of explaining the instructions and making sure that all the safety checks were done.

Stairlift was not working. Jay and Zak came, identified problem and replaced the batteries and gave it a service. Efficient, polite and a good Job was completed.

Fantastic emergency call out service. Jason arrived early this morning, and managed to extract the towel that I had stupidly caught in the workings of my stairlift. He was very pleasant and friendly L, as well as highly efficient. He not only fixed the problem, but also carried out lots of checks to make sure there were no other issues. I shall be talking to their really friendly office manager on Monday to set up a service plan with them — the cost for which is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Higher Elevation.

Had Chair Lift serviced again by Higher Elevation. Once again the work was carried out expertly and all the issues we had with the chair were addresed and dealt with.
