After searching for a stairlift we chose higher elevations. When they arrived they were professional and competent carried out the work to a high standard. Both Paul and James completed the work to our satisfaction.

Jay was polite and friendly. He answered the queries I had and carried out his work quietly and confidently. He worked neatly and methodically in a professional manner throughout his time here.

What a fantastic company, I messaged them on a Friday night due to a fault on my Father’s stairlift, as promised they called me on Monday morning to arrange for an engineer to come that afternoon. Everything including the communication, the engineer’s visit was faultless. I recommend this company 100%. Thank you so much.

Higher Elevation provided a free survey and a very competitive price for the installation of a stair lift, Vicki was excellent to deal with and she coordinated a swift installation date. My elderly parents are delighted with the stairlift.
