He prioritised my issue and was there in a very timely manner. The repair wasn’t hurried, and was successfully repaired. I developed another small leak in a different spot and he kindly had his team pop by and sort that as well, without charge!

Great and friendly company. They came to repair my roof and luckily they find a big problem.. they give me same options to avoid bigger problems in future, we opted for new a roof… David and his staff were amazing, they changed the roof very quickly and always updating me with photos and videos. What started as a prompt and professional approach has left me disappointed and overall would describe the work as ‘sloppy’. Initial quote was more expensive than others but work started on time. The team did work late - started at 2pm and finished at 6pm - which I am grateful for. Disappointed with the craftsmanship, lead work is untidy and the mastic work is incredibly messy. See photos. Have left nails, chip board, which has resulted in my neighbours being unhappy about the mess that had been left on there property too. Still waiting for follow up, receipt and warranty.

The work undertaken by the company was the replacement of a slate roof on a single storey extension at the rear of a 19th century semidetached house. The team worked very well together. As there is no rear access , all tools and equipment had to be carried through house. This was done with great care and respect to the property. As the shape of the roof presented some difficulty due to a change in the pitch, the finished job appeared very neat. All the waste was removed, again with great care. The finished work is guaranteed for 25 years, this being being transferred on sale of the property.
