  What started as a prompt and professional approach has left me disappointed and overall would describe the work as ‘sloppy’. Initial quote was more expensive than others but work started on time. The team did work late - started at 2pm and finished at 6pm - which I am grateful for. Disappointed with the craftsmanship, lead work is untidy and the mastic work is incredibly messy. See photos. Have left nails, chip board, which has resulted in my neighbours being unhappy about the mess that had been left on there property too. Still waiting for follow up, receipt and warranty.

  Roof leak fixed

  Cam in one morning to find a water dripping through chimney and into one of the bedrooms. Very concerning obviously. Tim and team replied quickly and were able to attend the next day. They found the root of the problem and were back 2 days later to fix the issue. Very grateful for the teams quick response! Very professional and would recommend/use again.

  Recently moved into a new property and required some TLC,. The team spent a total of 7 days on preparation and painting of the entire house, they have done a fantastic job. Very trustworthy and professional. Would certainly recommend and use again.
