Gary initially came to my place to give an accurate quote and answer any immediate questions I had, which was ultimately why I went with him, plus really reasonable quotes. This theme continued through the work as Gary always communicated why or how he was doing things which really made me confident in his work. The end result is perfect and I will absolutely be using Herts Premium Tiling again.

Gary did a great job for a fair price on my bathroom

Herts Premium Tiling tiled around our Victorian fireplace and were really impressed. They measured up promptly, explained the work clearly, and sent a detailed quote with costs and tile quantities. They kept to the agreed date and stayed in touch throughout. On the day, they were polite (even taking off shoes indoors), tidy, and efficient. When we spotted a few small air pockets in the grout, they came back within two days to fix them and refused payment until we were happy. The finish is perfect, highly professional and reliable. Would definitely recommend!
