We had a front door key break off within the lock. Thankfully we could still enter our property via the back door, so it wasn't an emergency. We told this gentleman that it wasn't urgent. Despite this, he still arranged to visit us later that day. He spent a good hour on the job, eventually having to replace the lock barrel. He was upfront with the price of callout at the point of contact, but the final bill was very reasonable, only £13 or so over the callout fee for the complete job. Tim explained his diagnoses of the fault and possible reasons behind it. He gave a quote for parts and labour which I accepted and he came back the following day to replace the faulty part. Without mentioning it, Tim went out of his way once he noticed an issue with the inner door of the porch and after finding out what it was,he spent about an hour fixing it our hallway is a lot warmer now the door shuts correctly!..and he did all this in the freezing cold!....He is polite and pleasant and would highly recommend him for his professionalism.Verified reviewerJob location: SG13
