Mr Forbes arrived promptly, identified the problem and resolved it quickly. He came back on a later date to replace the lock. Gave good advice on the handles too.

We had a front door key break off within the lock. Thankfully we could still enter our property via the back door, so it wasn't an emergency. We told this gentleman that it wasn't urgent. Despite this, he still arranged to visit us later that day. He spent a good hour on the job, eventually having to replace the lock barrel. He was upfront with the price of callout at the point of contact, but the final bill was very reasonable, only £13 or so over the callout fee for the complete job. Would happily recommend.

Tim responded very quickly when our bathroom door lock jammed which meant we couldn’t access the bath or shower. Tim sorted it out very quickly replacing the barrel and enabling us to access the room. He’s a lifesaver.

Tim answered my initial questions promptly and arranged a convenient time to call. Explained what needed to be done and also fixed a very minor thing with another lock while he was here

Tim explained his diagnoses of the fault and possible reasons behind it. He gave a quote for parts and labour which I accepted and he came back the following day to replace the faulty part. Without mentioning it, Tim went out of his way once he noticed an issue with the inner door of the porch and after finding out what it was,he spent about an hour fixing it our hallway is a lot warmer now the door shuts correctly!..and he did all this in the freezing cold!....He is polite and pleasant and would highly recommend him for his professionalism.
