  I'm ever so grateful to Bob for his help today coming out to fix my broken door lock! Turned out it was worse than we thought initially so he replaced the whole thing and gave me some safety advice in relation to preventing break-ins and also showed me how to use the new door lock. Above and beyond! He is now on my speed dial for any locksmith related situations and will certainly be recommending him!

  Steering wheel lock

  Electronic Steering Wheel Lock jammed and not.allowing ignitition to function on Mercedes C-Class Reception very helpful and technician arrived on time. Very polite , friendly and professional. Investigated and reported the action needed to solve the problem. Completed the task successfully.

  Car ignition lock needed replacing.

  I paid for them to come out and replace the ignition lock. Tom came out and did the job. Two days later, the key was not turning again i went in to see them. Initially they didnt believe the key was still not turning until it happened in front of them. They told me to contact the part supplier directly and then to go to VW in Canterbury to diagnose the issue. I had to go to VW twice, for them to find out that the part was actually never replaced. I paid £100 to VW for diagnosis which is the only part I got refund for by Herne Bay Locks. The part was changed at VW and they charged them for it.

  Mechanical access to car boot without key

  Herne Bay locks attended and dealt with my car boot lock issue within 24 hours and on a Bank holiday Monday! Excellent reliable and professional service, cannot praise highly enough. Thanks again Tom for all your help.

  Back door lock

  I was having trouble with a lock on my door i rung the company and a lovely young man called Liam came straight away as he had just finished work and said he would pop in on his way home .no charge . Checked explained exactly what I needed from a double glazing company..what a absolute pleasure of a worker for your company 😀 thanks again Liam

  Oh my goodness, what wonderful service from Bob and his team. I have given top marks as that is what they deserve ! This proves that using a family company is the best way forward. Personal service and updates throughout the whole process made me feel my vehicle was in safe hands. I cannot rate them highly enough !
