I was having trouble with a lock on my door i rung the company and a lovely young man called Liam came straight away as he had just finished work and said he would pop in on his way home .no charge . Oh my goodness, what wonderful service from Bob and his team. I have given top marks as that is what they deserve ! This proves that using a family company is the best way forward. Upvc door shut door with keys on the inside called Herne bay locks had door open in about 30 seconds very reasonable cost highly recommend

I phoned about my door not shutting or locking a very helpful man said he would get someone round within the hour. An extremely nice man called Bob arrived, not only did he sort the problem out within about 20mins he showed me what the problem was and said if I had any more issues to give them a ring. Very helpful , very polite and very professional . What more could you ask.
