Reacted quickly to our first call and sent out member of staff to assess the damage to our double-glazed window pane and take measurements. Waited about 10 days for replacement to be fitted which took less than 5 minutes.

The salesman was polite and no hard sell. The fitters were professional, polite and took care of our property. Swept and hoovered after the installation all left clean and tidy. 10 out of 10.
