We had both our back and front composite doors replaced by Heritage. John the owner came out and gave us a quote from a selection of door types he was very helpful, friendly with no pressure on us we decided on type and style and within 3 weeks of ordering they were fitted to perfection. Mark the door fitter was very efficient and completed a neat and tidy job within the day We would highly recommend Heritage to anyone.

Has two doors fitted a few weeks ago. Mark was quick, clean and did a great job.

Work was completed to a high standard except for some gaps left in the corner of the conservatory (against the wall) which we will need to fill in with caulk. Communication at the start and end of the process (securing business and payment) was very good but became a little patchy throughout the job when it came to times & dates of work being completed. Work was all done at different times and by different people but overall very happy with the improvements to our home and the peace of mind this has provided.

I would definitely recommend Heritage windows they were very professional from the start of getting a quote to having the fitters putting the windows in nothing was a problem they are very customer oriented and care about the products they are fitting Thank you for a job well done

Given quotes to repair or replace upstairs windows. I was kept updated of the progress of my order. The Work was completed in one day. I'm happy with the windows so far (no problems yet), But the finish of internal sills are rough/shoddy.They forgot the restrictor On the low sill window & Despite phone calls and promises, 4 Months on, I am still waiting. For safety reasons , I have had to sort this out myself

Every workman who was involved with the ordering of and the installation of my mum's new front door and (a few weeks later) her double conservatory doors was absolutely superb. Friendly, helpful, swift to act and make my mum feel safe in her home (she's currently bedbound so having unreliable doors was a worry) All the lads were really lovely people as well as being brilliant workmen. Everything was completed to an extremely high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and they took as much time as needed and my mum never felt rushed. As my 3 kids would say, we give this firm 100/10!
