I would definitely recommend Heritage windows they were very professional from the start of getting a quote to having the fitters putting the windows in nothing was a problem they are very customer oriented and care about the products they are fitting Thank you for a job well done

Given quotes to repair or replace upstairs windows. I was kept updated of the progress of my order. The Work was completed in one day. I'm happy with the windows so far (no problems yet), But the finish of internal sills are rough/shoddy.They forgot the restrictor On the low sill window & Despite phone calls and promises, 4 Months on, I am still waiting. For safety reasons , I have had to sort this out myself

Every workman who was involved with the ordering of and the installation of my mum's new front door and (a few weeks later) her double conservatory doors was absolutely superb. Friendly, helpful, swift to act and make my mum feel safe in her home (she's currently bedbound so having unreliable doors was a worry) All the lads were really lovely people as well as being brilliant workmen. Everything was completed to an extremely high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and they took as much time as needed and my mum never felt rushed. As my 3 kids would say, we give this firm 100/10!

Out of all my quotes Heritage Windows presented as the most knowledgeable, honest and willing to explain my options. I had my conservatory replaced, roof facias and gutters, Georgian windows and trickle vents done. The team worked efficiently and professionally. Its unsettling having work done, but John and his team were lovely! Polite, cheerful and demonstrated genuine desire to do a fantastic job. I couldnt be more pleased and will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

Spoke with John initially and he was very helpful and once the quote was given he kept me informed and up to date with installation date etc. Had the work completed today by John and Eddie, they were brilliant, very thorough, excellent workers and made me feel at ease. Over the moon with the door and the window and the way the work was done, they did a fabulous job, they cleaned up after themselves and couldnt do enough thank you for a brilliant job definitely recommend.
