  Came and looked at some, what I thought was, damp spots in the house - was told it’s not damp and was given some advice to keep the house dry. Nice to meet a tradesman with the integrity who didn’t want to just get a bit of cash by doing unnecessary work!

  We’ve had damp proofing done with Bradley and he’s fantastic. Amazing price, minimum disruption and the guy is stand up awesome. It’s clear he’s passionate about the products he uses, he’s happy to give advice and he’s really friendly and relaxed. He was respectful of our house, our time and our budget! We had a problematic part of a wall that he sorted out for us too. Honestly I can’t recommend him enough. We’ll be using him when we get to the rest of the house!

  Great service. Was able to come out on site at short notice (everyone else was saying at least 10 days). Came out and reviewed the property and confirmed the issue was not a damp problem and took no charge for the review. Was extremely knowledgable and confirmed what the problem was (leak in property not damp). Really appreciate the help.

  Brad gave me advice over the phone on how to fix my damp issue, told me I didn't need an expensive survey as quoted by the larger firms (he was correct), asked for pictures via whatsapp, gave me a list of possible causes which were all minor - following his advice I found the issue and rectified it was very very simple (condensation from bathroom collected because the insulation was incorrectly laid in part of the loft, I haven't had the house long). He saved me at least £360 which is what I was quoted by larger firms, who told me I needed a survey before they could do anything.
