  Heritage Heating were excellent. Prompt and clear response. Answered all questions and price for Boiler Service was fair. The Boiler Technician Ross was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend and use again.

  An excellent experience again for our annual boiler and gas fire service. We also had a new mixer tap fitted in the kitchen. Fast and reliable service - thanks Ross, would happily 100% recommend.

  Cannot fault the service, this is an excellent company that's really got its operation together. Ross was prompt, very friendly and focused, everything was sorted without fuss, he gave a very clear explanation of the service undertaken and also recommendations for future works. Excellent detailed report of the work was given too. Highly recommended.

  Ross promptly replied to our Check a Trade request for a boiler service. He kept in contact, confirming the cost and date/time of visit. Ross was extremely professional as well as being g friendly. He explained what he had done and the condition of our boiler. He made a recommendation but there was no pressure or 'hard sell'. The service certificate was provided promptly and payment was straight forward. We were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you Ross.
