  Ross was able to respond quickly after our boiler stopped working. He quickly diagnosed a fan failure and ordered parts to carry out repair, which was all done quickly. Friendly service I’d happily use again.

  Ross arrived ahead of time, was polite and friendly, wore feet protectors and went about his work quietly and efficiently. He allowed me to look inside the boiler and answered all of my questions I asked. After he'd finished he explained the tests, results and gave me advice about possible future work I may need or a replacement boiler in the near future. I have no hesitation in recommending Ross and Heritage Heating Services LTD, I will use them again.

  New Worcester boiler and Hive thermostat.

  Ross did an excellent job, tested everything and talked me through what he had done and how to use the Hive App. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will be using him again to install new radiators.
