  The original booking had to be rescheduled, but the engineer arrived on time for the revised booking. A routine boiler service was carried out efficiently, and advice was offered concerning the next service workscope. Completely satisfied with the service.

  We’re absolutely delighted with our boiler installation. The price was very competitive, the workmanship is immaculate, and the whole team were extremely professional from start to finish. We were kept fully updated at every stage, and the Hive was installed and clearly explained so we knew exactly how to use it. Everything was left spotlessly clean and tidy once the job was complete. The pipework looks incredible, honestly shining - and the attention to detail really shows. We’re so pleased with the result and wouldn’t use anyone else now. Highly recommend.

  Boiler service then a new boiler installation

  Ross recently serviced (unfortunately condemned) and then replaced our boiler, and we’re extremely pleased with the whole experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and carried out the work to a very high standard. Ross explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and left the area clean and tidy. Our heating is running perfectly now, and we’re really happy with the quality of his work. Would definitely recommend Ross to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled gas heating engineer.

  very professional work at a good price

  I had a new cylinder fitted by Ross, the work has been done at a very high standard compared to other plumbers I’ve used in the past. I will be using him for future works and recommending to friends.
