The engineer arrived at the appointed time. His manner was both professional and friendly, within a matter of minutes he diagnosed the problem and sorted it out. Having spent the previous four days without heating and hot water, i was extremely grateful. Under the circumstances the engineer had a reassuring and helpful attitude that was really impressive.
