Santus and his team replaced the old asphalt flat roof on my and my neighbour's loft extensions with a new fibreglass roof, also repointing the chimney and repairing some broken tiles on the pitched roof. All the work was to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy upon completion. Santus adapted the job to fit a swan-neck pipe through the roof, to support an air conditioner being installed on the roof, and also arranged for 18 mounting points to be installed in the roof to support a fixed solar panel installation. Santus and his team carried out a roof replacement for us on our victorian semi detached property that had an old roof. Santus had done some minor repair works on a roof for us at our previous property so asked him to quote for this job. Santus and his colleague were great to deal with - they were efficient and careful. I was v worried about the leak but Santus explained exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. He was straightforward, polite and punctual. I would definitely recommend him to other people.

I could not fault Santus Henry and his company for the roof repairs he carried out. The work was done promptly, expertly, and thoroughly. He took photos of the work he did and if he thought further work was required he would let me know. He was friendly and approachable, his costs were very reasonable and I would recommend him without hesitation.
