10 Flat roof replacement

Santus and his team replaced the old asphalt flat roof on my and my neighbour's loft extensions with a new fibreglass roof, also repointing the chimney and repairing some broken tiles on the pitched roof. All the work was to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy upon completion. Santus adapted the job to fit a swan-neck pipe through the roof, to support an air conditioner being installed on the roof, and also arranged for 18 mounting points to be installed in the roof to support a fixed solar panel installation.
