Initially, we asked Henry to replace the window cords. He completed the job and suggested he’d changed all of them. However, we discovered one hadn’t been replaced. The main problem remained that the windows still wouldn’t open fully. After a complaint, he promised to return and finish the job. However, when he arrived, he claimed it was our issue and a separate job. He insisted the windows needed to be fixed and only the cords were his responsibility. He then swapped out the last cord he hadn’t done during his previous visit but still didn’t resolve the issue of the windows not opening fully

Quoted to change 3 cords
After one year she comes back
Then asked to change 6 for the same price
After cord changing and window check 3 days later asked to repair the frames for free
The windows where 70 years old and 4mx1.5m frames and sashs not straight anymore nothing to do with the cords ..
I go back on site to sort out the issue with cords as client pretends but there wase not any issues with cords the cords are in correctly function I have evidence ..really bud experience client pretends to have new windows for free
On 10 years experience this never happened to me …
