Harold was very prompt in providing fee quotes and clarifying any questions I had before starting work. (Repair and repainting of sash windows.) Great communication throughout and very professional. I needed two cracked panes of glass replaced with the wooden dash windows. Plus a broken dash window cord replaced. Harold was prompt in communication. Good value for money. Punctual and reliable. Very tidy and will recommend !

When he first arrived he said he had only quoted for one window…I had sent him photos so clearly not looked at them properly. Anyway said he could do both. He did both in less than two hours and it was roughly £160 per hour….that is a lot of money! So far so good and hopefully after rain they will still open and close easily. I won’t use again as far too expensive!
