We needed a heating element replaced in our cylinder. Henry was great at communicating with me, and even sent me images of the issues he found as I was at work while the work was carried out. Very reasonably priced, quick work, area left tidy, can't fault! Thank you!

Hot water system not heating up

Henry replaced the timer element, but the booster function stopped working after his visit. Henry returned the next day and found a loose wire, which was odd because it had been working ok before the work was carried out.
