Henry replaced the timer element, but the booster function stopped working after his visit. Henry returned the next day and found a loose wire, which was odd because it had been working ok before the work was carried out.

Henry was courteous and communicated excellently from first contact. He diagnosed a problem not addressed by the previous plumber who took two hours (not registered with Checkatrade) and he had the part to resolve it . Done in about 30 minutes.
