10 Job done on time and on budget

Job location: RG4Richard Henry kept to the agreed times from the initial contact to finishing the project on time. He produced a detailed quote (not an estimate) and all the items were listed clearly so that I could do my own research to confirm they were what I wanted. There were some issues during the refit and they were all resolved to my satisfaction. Richard took good care protecting carpets and fittings meaning very little redecoration is needed. All debris, etc. were cleared away. We are really pleased with the job and now have a superb new and efficient heating system.10 Friendly, reliable - would recommend 100%

He was reliable, tidy, thorough and always kept us abreast of timescales & any issues that cropped up. Richard did a fantastic job installing AC/Heating in our conservatory and bedrooms despite battling the crazy wet weather! Yes, the units look great on the wall, but really impressed with how neatly the wiring and pipework has been put in place - I know these things can sometimes be a real mess.
