Highly Recommend! Richard is friendly and professional with the work carried out

a very competent & reliable engineer, explains in detail the work he carries out & any recommendations, would definitely recommend others to consider using him.

We have always found Richard to be friendly and knowledgeable and when he identified that there was a problem with our old boiler, discussed our options with us. We decided a new boiler was the best option and this was installed with the minimum amount of disruption.

I’ve been using Henry Green Plumbing & Heating Solutions since 2019 when Ben removed an old conventional boiler/hot water cylinder & installed a combi boiler in its place. Ben and Richard have attended yearly to service the boiler alongside other plumbing jobs (replacement of radiator, mixer kitchen tap & replacement of leaking pipe work under kitchen sink). This is my go to company for any plumbing/heating needs. Ben responds to enquiries promptly, always arrives on time, gives detailed explanation & advice on the issue, costs of work are reasonable & more importantly to a high standard.

Ben, from Henry Green, has been servicing our boiler since we moved in 2023. He has also replaced the radiator in the bathroom and the bath tap. He punctually attends each and every single appointment made and, if a change is needed, he swiftly contacts me to rearrange. The quality of work is extremely good from workmanship to parts provided. Honesty and openness are also key traits held by Ben and his colleagues. They are also very attentive regarding not leaving the area of works messy and ensures all is clean upon completion. We are extremelly satisfied and highly recommend them.

I’ve used Richard for several years to service my gas boiler and replace old radiators. I get an email reminding me when the service is due and they arrange to do the work promptly. Richard is friendly, punctual, professional and tidy. A pleasure to deal with. I’ve been very happy with all the work done for me and I highly recommend to anyone.
