Richard Henry kept to the agreed times from the initial contact to finishing the project on time. He produced a detailed quote (not an estimate) and all the items were listed clearly so that I could do my own research to confirm they were what I wanted. There were some issues during the refit and they were all resolved to my satisfaction. Richard took good care protecting carpets and fittings meaning very little redecoration is needed. All debris, etc. were cleared away. We are really pleased with the job and now have a superb new and efficient heating system.

Richard gave us clear, honest advice regarding the works required and during the work undertaken. He was reliable, tidy, thorough and always kept us abreast of timescales & any issues that cropped up. I would definitely use them again & would recommend them.

1 year in and we have a much warmer house and more efficient boiler in place. The team were on time and clear about how long the job would take, along with any issues. Cannot fault the experience at all.

Richard did a fantastic job installing AC/Heating in our conservatory and bedrooms despite battling the crazy wet weather! Yes, the units look great on the wall, but really impressed with how neatly the wiring and pipework has been put in place - I know these things can sometimes be a real mess. Glad we used a company that understood we still wanted the outside of our house to look good - even with AC units on the wall!
