  New laptop and printer set up

  Bought a new laptop and printer but got stuck setting them up. Also needed programs/apps and files moved over from the old PC . Kevin sorted the whole thing and all worked perfectly afterwards. Excellent job as per last time.

  Attempt to recover data from two hard drives

  I rang Kevin in a panic about midday one Sunday to ask him for help with recovering data from two hard drives that had, by a bizarre series of events, both become unusable on the same weekend. He invited me to visit early on Sunday afternoon and he spent several hours that afternoon (Sunday) attempting the recovery. He was ultimately unsuccessful because both drives were too badly damaged, but he gave me a recommendation for a professional recovery service in Guildford (fortunately I didn't need to use it as I discover that my online back-up system had worked).

  Un-explode my computer

  Kevin saved my life, well my PC actually, but it's almost the same thing. My PC terminated itself most violently. Kevin saved the bits that could be saved and put them into new PC he built for me. And he did this in a week! No data lost at all. I will be recommending Kevin to any of my friends who suffer PC calamities.

  Laptop Fixed and Data Recovered

  Great work by Kevin. My 10+ year old laptop refused to load. I sent a message to Kevin outlining the issue I got an almost instant reply. I dropped my laptop off the following day (Kevin did offer to pick it up but he is based closed to where I work) and later that evening I got the 'bad news' email. Kevin outlined a range of options to solve the problem with a range of prices. After I confirming what I needed, Kevin set to work. A couple of days later I picked up my now working laptop with recovered data and is working as good as new! Probably better due to upgraded hardware. 10/10

  Fixed popups and slow laptop

  My laptop needed a going over. Popups which wouldn't go and very slow! Thought i would need a new one since quite old but Kevin was able to fix the problems at a worthwhile cost - it made it much faster.
