Outstanding service ! Kevin had already been regularly servicing & "MOTing" my previous pc to keep it running efficiently & trouble free. He has now just replaced it with a new screen & custom built separate "black box" and upgraded to Windows 11. Something I had been dreading for a long time ! But I needn't have worried, Kevin was superb and made the entire operation extremely quick and painless. He set it all up for me and took his time to explain it to me & answer my very untechnical questions. And all done in a couple of days ! Brilliant. Highly recommended !!

Fantastic service! Super quick response, emailed over Christmas period and collected before New Year.. Very efficient repair and clearly knowledgeable about laptop issues. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone needing laptop repairs.

I asked Kevin from "Help! Save My Computer" to help me upgrade my home PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I already knew the old computer would not support Windows 11 so wanted to discuss a migration strategy. Kevin visited us to discuss options and my wife and I were very impressed with what he suggested, the timescales and, of course, the affordability. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with our new "home office" set up. Kevin's technical know-how and very pleasant manner made what was looming, for me, as a daunting prospect into a simple, straightforward upgrade.

I needed to get a basic pc for a 80+ year old man. By basic we only needed the tower unit as he already had everything else. Kevin came yo his house and talked through what was required. Happily answered all of his questions to put his mind at rest. We paid a deposit and Kevin came back once it was built came back and took away the old one as we needed to transfer programs and add the original hard drive. All in all it took about a week. Kevin then spent time showing and teaching how the new operating system worked . It's been a few weeks my friend is very happy with his new setup.

After a Windows update my laptop wouldn't get into Windows 11 - I just kept getting an error. I wanted to ensure my pictures were still on there so needed a quick repair. Fortunately Kevin was able to get the computer working again and pictures are still there - peace of mind. Well worth it and great job as before!

Bought a new laptop and printer but got stuck setting them up. Also needed programs/apps and files moved over from the old PC . Kevin sorted the whole thing and all worked perfectly afterwards. Excellent job as per last time.
