We recently had 3 radiators installed in our home by Helpful Heating and the service we received was first class. Louis and his team were so polite and talked us through each stage. The end result was perfect and we couldn’t find fault anywhere - Louis even phoned us that evening to make sure we were ok with everything. This company really cares

New Boiler and Smart Thermostat install

Louis was great, quick to respond to the initial request and came out promptly when our old boiler had an issue. He talked us through our options and explained everything clearly. We decided to go with a new boiler. When doing the work he was professional, tidy and informative. Always made sure he made aware of bits he needed to do and explained why he was doing it. Very happy with the work completed

When the shower hose burst under my bath one evening

Louis was very quick to message me when I called worried about a leak one evening. He came straight round and secured the leak for me very quickly, then arranged to come back and finish the job for me the following day which he did. His price was very reasonable and he was a very friendly and polite man who kept in contact throughout.
