Louis at Helpful Heating was particularly knowledgeable and discovered a previous error, and was able to rectify this quickly with the parts he had on his van. He was able to secure the exhaust waste from the boiler as per current gas regulations with the materials available. He also undertook a detailed service and was happy with the readings and results. Great service and thank you!

Great all around service

We had a central heating failure at the start of the winter. A new boiler was required. Louis was friendly, quick to respond, quick to book us in and really competative on price. In less than a week the new boiler was fitted and it works like a dream. The work was done tidily and to a very high standard. I couldn't recomend him enough.

A boiler service revealed the need for a new boiler. The reasons were clearly explained and the work was done within a matter of days. The team couldn't have been more professional, friendly and helpful and I now have a brand new, professionally installed boiler, just as the weather turns cold. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Came round to sort out a hot water issue that a different plumber and electrician had not been able to sort. Quickly diagnosed issue and was back in a few days to sort it out. Great stuff.

Our boiler system broke down last week, Louis reached out to me after i'd made a plea on Checkatrade for someone to come help us. He came out the following day at a time that suited us & took a look at the problem. He advised us he could potentially bypass the issue but wouldn't be certain how long it would last & suggested we look at getting a new system. This was already the possibility we were considering as we knew our system was outdated. Louis was great at being open and honest and suggesting the route to take. He got us all back up and running again on Saturday, being prompt with work.
