Absolutely brilliant. A great man. Could not have tried harder for us. He even came at the weekend, undercharged for a call out and did everything as quick as possible.

Capped gas supply in preparation for an electric hob installation

The team were fantastic. Super friendly, punctual and highly communicative throughout. They explained everything clearly, helped remove my old job without hesitation, and were genuinely lovely to deal with. I’d use them again without hesitation and would definitely recommend them.

The 2 installation technicians who instatalled our boiler were curtious and professional at all times .They worked efficiently and talked through what they were going to do . When job was finished they left everything clean and how it was when they arrived . They came back a few days later to check all was working fine . Exellent service

Came to look at boiler fault, lots wrong, so sourced and fitted new boiler

Very friendly great communication went through with myself and husband what was wrong, gave us some options this was on a Thursday, and by Sunday had sourced and fitted new boiler, so we weren’t without heating and hot water too long, very pleased with everything, would recommend and will use again to service boiler

Was recommended to Louis via a neighbour for our noisy boiler and we were not disappointed. Louis and his colleague were rigorous in their work and did multiple tests before installing a new valve. He was extremely reasonable too. Would highly recommend….
