Toilet Replacement

Initally contacted Louis to replace a downstairs toilet and to repair another one upstairs. I found Louis easy to work with, he always arrived at the agreed time, treated my home with respect, kept me fully up to date and always cleaned up well once they had finished each area, he also found an additional leak under the kitchen sink and resolved that as well. We have been very pleased with the work he did for us, all completed for a reasonable cost and i would not hesitate to contact Louis again if needed in the future.

Installing a new gas boiler

Helpful heating were very good communicators, installation went very smoothly, plus sorting out a couple of pipework issues/leaking pump for us, which they did for very little extra. They arrived on time, were very polite and were careful to leave everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the result.

Fitting a new boiler.

I could write a lengthy post about my experience with helpful heating but the character count won't allow, so in short. Absolutely brilliant - from ringing up, being given a quote which was significantly cheaper than British Gas to the boiler fitted and working was 2 days. I said that we'd had problems getting heating upstairs so Louis suggested letting the new boiler settle in for a week to see how it was going. He rang yesterday as promised and came round with his lads to fit a new valve upstairs, again at a reasonable price. 100% recommended. The fact they were all friendly was a bonus too.
