  Full house clean + carpet / oven clean

  I booked Helping Hands for a full house clean, including oven and carpet cleaning, prior to our upcoming home exchange. I was really impressed with the service Phill provided. He is friendly and professional, and highly knowledgable about how to tackle different cleaning challenges. He went above and beyond, suggesting ways to make everything look as good as possible, and was really pleasant and un-intrusive around the house. Perhaps best of all was his communication. It was super easy to book and make arrangements, and his timekeeping was impeccable. Thanks Phill, will be booking again!

  Really happy to find Helpful Hands cleaning company. I am a busy mum, I work full-time and I have really struggled to find time to make our home a tidy, clean, clutter free and enjoyable space. I was a little nervous about a stranger coming into our home but the owner Barbora made the whole process easy and reassuring. She has a group of cleaners who have been with her for a long time and the whole team are really lovely. Having someone taking care of my house once a week has been life changing for me. I love coming home to a clean house, now I can spend my time at home enjoying my family 🙏🏻

  Regular Domestic Cleaning Hove

  The cleaners were excellent. They were efficient and polite and the job was always done to a high standard. The Agency however were disorganised, unhelpful and added no value to the service at all, despite the fact they charge an Agency Fee. I had to hassle them every week to organise a new clean and if I had not contacted them and been proactive we would not have had a cleaner at all!

  We're glad to hear that the client was pleased with the quality of the cleaning our vetted, trained and fully insured cleaners were providing. This was the first experience with a cleaning service and the expectations may not have been fully aligned from the start. Given the client's shift-based irregular schedule and our cleaners having to be booked upon a request, these fortnight arrangements required a higher level of communication. The short-lived situation was further impacted when a cleaner’s child and the cleaner herself fell ill during our holiday closure, and unfortunately, we were unable to provide a replacement in time. The feedback helps us improve, and we’ll work to ensure smoother communication and better management of expectations for future clients.
