We're glad to hear that the client was pleased with the quality of the cleaning our vetted, trained and fully insured cleaners were providing. This was the first experience with a cleaning service and the expectations may not have been fully aligned from the start. Given the client's shift-based irregular schedule and our cleaners having to be booked upon a request, these fortnight arrangements required a higher level of communication. The short-lived situation was further impacted when a cleaner’s child and the cleaner herself fell ill during our holiday closure, and unfortunately, we were unable to provide a replacement in time. The feedback helps us improve, and we’ll work to ensure smoother communication and better management of expectations for future clients.
