Helix electrical contacted me the morning after I sent the request and came out and fixed the problem straight away. Very good communication from them, telling me what steps they are going to take and how they were going to fix the problem. Within half an hour it was done!! Highly recommend and would use again without fail. Thank you

Helix did a wonderful job of removing redundant storage heaters. New heaters were fitted, along with a new towel rail. An additional socket was alos added.

All well with this company replaced a storage heater and took away old one . Turned up on time and cleared up afterwards Fees were acceptable for the task completed

Excellent work carried out by the Helix Electrical Team. Arrived when they said they would and completed all the work within the timeframe quoted. Got their number now and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very helpful and proactive. I never used Helix due to a more local tradesman but based on my conversation i think Helix would have been a great option

Paul and Nick were very transparent from the beginning & explained everything as going along. The process was smooth from beginning to end. They sorted all our electrical faults & the bill was reasonable. I would highly recommend.
