  New central heating boiler was required.

  I was really pleased with the service given . Our boiler broke down completely. I contacted the company on Monday afternoon. Plumber came on time on Tuesday morning. Having told us what was wrong. We were offered a repair or a new boiler. The old boiler was at least 15 years old so we decided on a new one. It was arranged that it would be replaced on the Thursday. The new one was installed on the Thursday as agreed. Thank you so much. .

  Heat source boiler repair

  Excellent customer service. Chased parts for my boiler. Fitted me in so I could get my hot water back on as soon as possible. Will use this local business again and would recommend them to friends and family

  Boiler showing no pressure

  Communication from Emma was excellent, she responded to my job request promptly and was able to book Simon their lead engineer in to attend within half an hour. Simon and his colleague were very professional and explained the issue to me in detail in a non patronising way. I felt assured I wasn’t getting spun a line/ripped off and was very confident in their competence. Quoted works were required following the call out and I did end up going with another contractor due to price. However if money wasn’t a concern I’d have had no issue instructing Helikon as I know they’d do a great job.

  From start to finish, Simon and his team demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail that truly sets them apart. Simon took the time to assess the broken boiler and explain the available options in order to keep my family safe. There was no pressure, just honest, helpful advice. installation day went smoothly. The engineers arrived on time, were polite and respectful of my home, and worked efficiently to complete the job with minimal disruption. They kept everything tidy throughout and explained how to use the new system before leaving! 5 star experience!
