The company responded in a timely manner when approached to service the heating system. The work was completed on the agreed date and time, in a professional manner. There was a reasonable delay while spare parts were obtained and the repair work carried out. Had a new boiler fitted by Helikon and some months later there was an issue with boiler intermittently loosing pressure. Firstly, Emma is an absolute star! Excellent communication and tried her best to accommodate for customers. Steven, the engineer, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very respectful of home space. He called when enroute with an ETA, which is very helpful and reassuring. Highly recommend. Job location: CH62I was really pleased with the service given . Our boiler broke down completely. I contacted the company on Monday afternoon. Plumber came on time on Tuesday morning. Having told us what was wrong. We were offered a repair or a new boiler. The old boiler was at least 15 years old so we decided on a new one. It was arranged that it would be replaced on the Thursday. The new one was installed on the Thursday as agreed. Thank you so much. .10 Heat source boiler repair
