  I’ve used this company today for the third time on a completely different matter, and if you’re feeling a bit nervous or unsure, this business is the one I recommend . They’re honest, stick to their appointment times, and have a calming, reassuring vibe that makes you feel right at home. Price‑wise, you can’t go wrong; I’ve never been over‑charged. They’re friendly, tidy up after themselves, and always leave me feeling relaxed and smiling. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My boiler broke and within 24 hours Simon come out and start the work fitting a new boiler he was very professional and worked so hard to ensure we have heat and hot waters again. I am extremely grateful for this wonderful service and would highly recomend this amazing company

  Combi boiler

  Prompt response to my request for someone to look at our faulty boiler. Arranged a convenient time for them to come out and they were on time. Job explained to us and options given. We decided to update our boiler as it was 20+years old. No pressure from Simon who guided us through our choices. Work completed today and happy with everything.

  helikon communicated well at all stages from initial fault finding, detailing what probable cause was, to estimations of time and cost's. Simon was organised, knowledgeable and a friendly communicative engineer. A good job was done.
