  The company was very quick to get in touch and organise appointments. The admin was excellent, clear communication. The engineer was very friendly, very intelligent and explained the job very clearly. An excellent service.

  Emma replied to my initial job request within minutes, and was extremely helpful and friendly (and this was true throughout the week that work was being done). Simon was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly and logically without any jargon (and no upselling of any products). I would highly recommend Helikon and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing or heating work. 5*

  Really helpful service from start to finish. Emma on the phone was lovely and very professional, and Simon who came out to fix the boiler was fantastic. He did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
