I had an issue with my (very old) boiler, It had started to leak and I had intermittent hot water. Helikon Plumbing and Heating responded immediately and by the end of the day had assessed the boiler. Simon talked me through the issue and gave me my options. I had moved into the property 9 years ago and never had the boiler serviced, so it was in a bad state, I thought I might need a new boiler, so I went with that and 4 days later I have been brought into the 21st century with a brand new boiler fitted. They have a customer for life now. Any plumbing needs they will be the first I call.

Did a thorough job installing the Hive smart thermostat and fixing wiring issues left by a previous company on my boiler and water tank. I am happy with their work.

We had a new boiler fitted. Helikon were very responsive from the outset and ongoing communication was excellent. Simon arrived on time, explained everything clearly and worked neatly and cleanly. He was very safety conscious, checking other gas appliances to ensure everything was safe.
