  Richard patiently revised and revised his quotation as we downsized from a 5 bed detached home of 30 years to a 2 bed bungalow. The delay waiting for exchange of contracts was frustrating for all concerned, but Ricard was supportive and understanding throughout. When we finally exchanged, we had 2 weeks until moving day and Richard was in contact with us making sure he could support us on the move.

  From the initial telephone call to arrange a home visit to give us a quote, to moving in on the day, Richard and Mark were professional, friendly and so helpful. They made the whole process stress free and no mess or marks were left behind. We could not fault them and would highly recommend to others.
