The whole team worked really hard and were brilliant. The team were very professional, polite, and there was good communication throughout the whole process. They made the whole move easy and stress free, from dismantling and reassembling furniture and putting it in place in my new home. They took great care of all my possessions and furniture and even a very large glass fish tank. They worked really hard and it was a long day for the team. Excellent service from start to finish.

Heirs of Portsmouth Removals moved us at the beginning of the month and were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they made the whole process easy and stress-free. The team had a great sense of humour which really helped on what could have been a long day, and once they’d been fuelled with a Red Bull, they worked at lightning speed! They’re clearly a company built on good values, with good people at the heart of it. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother move. The guys were absolutely brilliant throughout the day, they arrived early and spoke through a plan, they went above and beyond to help with some unique items to be moved, ensuring everything was done with care and attention. Upon moving to the new property they were proactive and had everything lined up ready for when keys were received. Overall communication before the move was easy and consistent. All round excellent service.

Richard & the team took the stress out of the move. Simple clear communications, flexibility with ordering and dropping off more boxes as required. One the move day itself Richard and team turned up as a team and swiftly emptied the house & emptied at new house as directed. We also took up the bed assembly service which saved us further time. Highly recommend the Heirs team.
