  Repointing & Lintel Replacement

  Our project involved the repointing of the full front of the house and replacement of the original window lintel with a steel lintel, as recommended by Ian, to tackle a problem of water penetrating the area surrounding the main lounge window. The new bricks hiding the new lintel blend in perfectly with the rest of the brickwork. The resulting effect of repointing the full front of the house is very impressive and I will have no hesitation in contacting Ian for future building needs.

  Re-pointing

  Ian did a brilliantly neat job repointing the house, as well as sorting out other damp issues. He discovered some issues with old cavity insulation and dealt with it. He was only here a few days and the job was done. His communication was excellent and he’s very friendly too! I would highly recommend, in fact I have to my next door neighbour.

  Repointing side of house

  Ian did a brilliant job repointing the side wall of our house. He quoted really quickly, kept us informed about when the work would happen/when he’d be on site, kept everything clean and tidy, and did a great job with the repointing. Plus he was very friendly and nice to have around! We’d definitely recommend him and would be very happy to use him again for any future jobs.
