Ian did some re-pointing work for us and it was completed to a very high standard – the finish has transformed the appearance of our home. Throughout the job, everything was kept tidy and well-organised, and the whole process was handled efficiently. The price was very competitive too, especially considering the quality of the work. Our project involved the repointing of the full front of the house and replacement of the original window lintel with a steel lintel, as recommended by Ian, to tackle a problem of water penetrating the area surrounding the main lounge window. The new bricks hiding the new lintel blend in perfectly with the rest of the brickwork. The resulting effect of repointing the full front of the house is very impressive and I will have no hesitation in contacting Ian for future building needs.

Ian did a brilliantly neat job repointing the house, as well as sorting out other damp issues. He discovered some issues with old cavity insulation and dealt with it.
