We were immediately impressed by Ian’s professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity. From the first visit, he was prompt, thorough, and transparent about process and costs. Our project — repointing, soffit and fascia replacement, and ivy and chimney repairs — was handled with calm competence and honesty. He adjusted costs fairly once work began, kept us informed throughout, and his scaffolding team were efficient and tidy. The work was completed to an excellent standard, on time and at a fair cost. I chose Ian after reading reviews and he didn’t disappoint. The work involved repointing half of a 3 bedroom detached house, repair a crack in an internal wall, remove a york stone fire place, create an opening for a new window, and create an opening between kitchen and dining room. Ian did this within the time frame and cost he said and to a very high standard. Ian is hard working, tidy, organised, punctual and polite. I’ve already asked Ian to quote on some more work for me.
