  Fast and easy service, will use again

  My fridge kept freezing food and my dishwasher was complaining about a water supply issue. It was very easy to book an engineer via chat the next day to come out and take a look. It's a somewhat complicated pricing structure but in the end it is very reasonable. The engineer, Nick, who came out is a top bloke; took the time to explain why and how x failed. For the dishwasher we just needed to tighten a seal cap for my salt reservoir and mop out water in an overflow tank. The fridge was advised to be replaced, which Hedge End Domestics supplied and fit at a good price. I will use again.

  I phoned early morning to this company and explained what has happened . They took all the details and I gave them all the Simpsons of our problem . They wanted to know the problem and took all the details of our washing machine including the model number of the washing machine , the lady said she would call me back but didn't happen, I phoned to ask what was happening and I was told someone would be with you sometime this afternoon. They turned up and told the washing machine was in a word was no good and tried to sell another washer . Not happy because I called for a quote and not a £78.00

  A full diagnosis isn’t possible without testing the appliance, as several faults could cause the issue. Costs were provided beforehand. The engineer explained all options, gave a report for insurance or manufacturer claims & offered reduced cost for new.

  I needed someone to help my Mum with her washing machine as i couldn't get to her. Hedge End Domestics were the first to reach out to my job request, were flexible to attend and got the job done immediately. My mum was overjoyed.
