  I phoned early morning to this company and explained what has happened . They took all the details and I gave them all the Simpsons of our problem . They wanted to know the problem and took all the details of our washing machine including the model number of the washing machine , the lady said she would call me back but didn't happen, I phoned to ask what was happening and I was told someone would be with you sometime this afternoon. They turned up and told the washing machine was in a word was no good and tried to sell another washer . Not happy because I called for a quote and not a £78.00

  A full diagnosis isn’t possible without testing the appliance, as several faults could cause the issue. Costs were provided beforehand. The engineer explained all options, gave a report for insurance or manufacturer claims & offered reduced cost for new.

  I needed someone to help my Mum with her washing machine as i couldn't get to her. Hedge End Domestics were the first to reach out to my job request, were flexible to attend and got the job done immediately. My mum was overjoyed.

  Called Hedge End Domestic out to replace grill element on my double oven, however 2 other issues were found, another part was ordered & wiring issue fixed, job completed the following day. Can’t praise Nick and the office staff for prompt & efficient service enough, would definitely use again
