Fixed the machine, all ok

I called Hedge End Domestics on Tuesday evening due to our washing machine not working. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant on the phone, and arranged for the engineer to come round The following afternoon. Nick was friendly And professional and sorted the problem out there and then. Would definitely use Again and recommend to friends and neighbours :-)

Will use this company again. My fridge was replaced by two wonderful guys who worked hard and without causing any damage when they installed a vent in the plinth, they were friendly polite and courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. Can’t fault the men who did the work. The lady in the showroom was not as courteous, don’t bother going to the showroom as she refused the help me when I paid her a visit. What should have taken a few days ended up taking almost two weeks because of the delay in replies to emails. She didn’t seem to understand the importance of replacing a fridge quickly.
