Came out initially and diagnosed the fault. Paid a call out charge (very reasonable), and they returned the following week as promised and replaced the part. Fair price and good, friendly work!

Stuart came today and arrived near the beginning of the afternoon. He investigated the tumble dryer and discovered the drum belt was delayed and needed replacing. He was efficient, polite, friendly and tidy. Thank you for an efficient, reasonably priced repair.

My fridge kept freezing food and my dishwasher was complaining about a water supply issue. It was very easy to book an engineer via chat the next day to come out and take a look. It's a somewhat complicated pricing structure but in the end it is very reasonable. The engineer, Nick, who came out is a top bloke; took the time to explain why and how x failed. For the dishwasher we just needed to tighten a seal cap for my salt reservoir and mop out water in an overflow tank. The fridge was advised to be replaced, which Hedge End Domestics supplied and fit at a good price. I will use again.
