I phoned early morning to this company and explained what has happened . They took all the details and I gave them all the Simpsons of our problem . They wanted to know the problem and took all the details of our washing machine including the model number of the washing machine , the lady said she would call me back but didn't happen, I phoned to ask what was happening and I was told someone would be with you sometime this afternoon. They turned up and told the washing machine was in a word was no good and tried to sell another washer .
Not happy because I called for a quote and not a £78.00

A full diagnosis isn’t possible without testing the appliance, as several faults could cause the issue. Costs were provided beforehand. The engineer explained all options, gave a report for insurance or manufacturer claims & offered reduced cost for new.
