1.67 Extremely disappointing service – incomplete installation and zero communication

Had solar panels installed over 6 months ago and still haven’t received the correct MCS certificate or the app code, which was promised in May. Without the correct MCS certificate, I can’t register the solar panels with an energy supplier or sell power back to the grid, so the system is effectively useless. Despite repeated emails and promises, there’s been no resolution or proper communication. I’ve paid for a service that’s incomplete and lost out on a whole summer’s worth of energy. We were given detailed information about your product which enabled us to go ahead with your product. Only 1 day later an extremely polite person arrived to fit the insulation. Very satisfied with the installation of super quilt insulation today ( 03/09//25) Sean and John carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards-photos of the work were provided and 10 year warranty explained.
