Had solar panels installed over 6 months ago and still haven’t received the correct MCS certificate or the app code, which was promised in May. Without the correct MCS certificate, I can’t register the solar panels with an energy supplier or sell power back to the grid, so the system is effectively useless. Despite repeated emails and promises, there’s been no resolution or proper communication. I’ve paid for a service that’s incomplete and lost out on a whole summer’s worth of energy. Very poor aftercare and extremely disappointing experience.

We were given detailed information about your product which enabled us to go ahead with your product. Only 1 day later an extremely polite person arrived to fit the insulation. He wasted no time and just got on with the job. He showed us pictures on his phone of the finished job. We were very satisfied.

Very satisfied with the installation of super quilt insulation today ( 03/09//25) Sean and John carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards-photos of the work were provided and 10 year warranty explained. We are happy to recommend Heatseal insulation- putting in new insulation is a bid in but we are looking forward to our home being more energy efficient and eventual lower heating bills Sarah and Steve Moritz

Very happy with the work performed and how friendly all the staff were. Unforseen incidents meant the job ran over a day but it didn't impact the quality of the work.

It started with a visit from there surveyor Raj Sing who was very professional and explained in detail all about the procedure. Then the job was done by 2 Fitters who worked in a very professional way.
