Fantastic service and will be my first call for any future issues. From first responding to the job right through to completion, communication and time keeping were excellent and of course the work was carried to the highest standard.

We booked Liam for an inspection for service. This is a set price which covered our service and a thorough inspection of our heat pump in line to take out a service contract. The contract will cover us for our next service, technical support as well as a reduced rates. We found out that Liam has 10 years of experience in installing, servicing and maintaining heat pumps so we are in good hands!

We recently had Liam come to fix our air source heat pump - we had no heating or hot water. Liam was quick in his response to our urgency and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the issue within a couple of hours and explained to us why this had happened - zero bar pressure in heating system due to full expansion vessel. The expansion vessel was replaced and topped up. We will definitely be using him again and have booked our annual service with him. Thank you
