Our heat pump broke down and Liam was easy to get hold of and very responsive. He fixed our pump and provided fantastic service. We will definitely be signing up for a service contract with him.

We called Liam out as we are a residential Girl Guiding building and our heat pump had gone off. Liam was with us within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that we needed. He isolated one of the tanks to ensure we had hot water until he could make the repair. He was back within a week to replace the faulty part. On both visits he waited to ensure the system was running. Liam is totally reliable with excellent workmanship. He kept me informed of the progress of the ordered part and returned at the time and day he said he would. I highly recommend this company.
