  Inexperienced - avoid

  Avoid if you value your time, money, and sanity I am writing this to warn others about the service provided by this company. I hired him to install a water softener, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. First, he arrived late. He then took 7.5 hours to complete the install, during which time we had no running water. As parents of a newborn, having no water for a full day without any prior warning is completely unacceptable and dangerous. The technical work was equally poor. He failed to bypass the garden tap, meaning I am now wasting expensive salt to water my plan

  Dan was excellent. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the work to a very high standard. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
