  Excellent emergency service

  Really impressed with the service from Heating Solution LTD. We had an emergency leak at our property, with water coming through a bedroom ceiling light late at night. They attended promptly the following morning and quickly identified the cause of the problem. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They identified that a failed O-ring within the plastic valve had caused the leak, replaced the faulty part and made sure the water supply was safely restored. The communication throughout was excellent, and the written report and photographs provided afterwards were particularly useful for dealing with the insurance side of the damage. Very happy with the service and would have no hesitation recommending Heating Solution LTD. Excellent response, workmanship and customer service.
