  I had a sink blockage in the kitchen and then found in addition I had a broken pipe. Within 24 hours Joel had replaced the pipe, fixed the block and made it easier for me to check and clean the pipes in future, by building in an inspection point. Excellent service and very fair pricing, I will be using this company for any future plumbing work I have.

  The best tradesperson I have ever used

  Joel is without a question the best tradesperson I’ve ever used. He previously fixed a sink and taps for me. He was professional, highly skilled, polite, honest, and offered great value. Yesterday I urgently needed help with a broken toilet flush before a large family visit and contacted him. He came early this morning, fixed it in under 15 minutes, and didn’t even charge because it was a quick job. That level of integrity and service is rare. An outstanding tradesperson who genuinely cares about doing the right thing. I highly recommend him.

  Joel came to see the damaged shower door. He showed me the part I needed to order (from Amazon). He said to get in touch when the part arrived and he would be able to fix it. Part drives and contacted Joel who came the next day. He knew I had guests this weekend and I’m so grateful the door was fixed.

  Hi, cannot recommend Joel and his Team, ie, Dave and Rob, highly enough. They did a Brilliant Job of a complete Bathroom Refurbishment. Every step of the way they were helpful, professional, and very polite. They cleaned up after every day. The work was completed to a very high standard. Throughout the work they kept us informed of what was happening. There was no disruption to us at all. We are now making arrangements with Joel and his Team, to refurbish our upstairs toilet and sink area. Extremely satisfied with their work. Thank you. Keith Holt. Portsmouth.
