  Great Job Thanks - very old cistern removed and replaced with a lovely little new one

  Replacement cistern -Heat Co quickly contacted me through Whatsapp - sent them photos & they gave a quote & date. I accepted that but asked if they had anything earlier, they were then able to come back with a much earlier date. Their Fitter arrived on time (not an easy job -all very old and boxed in - cistern had clearly been leaking for ages, so everything very wet). 2hrs later all done, nice, easy to flush cistern in-situ - £240. Thank you very much, good job well done tks. (NB 1 of the other companies contacted via Checkatrade email but my reply wouldnt go through - site blocked)

  Joel came out at 8.00pm to fix a bad leak coming from the piping under our dishwasher. We were so worried about the leak that we would have had a sleepless night monitoring it and emptying a tray to contain the water. Joel came out and fixed the leak the same evening and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He could not have been more helpful and we were so relieved to have it sorted. We will have no hesitation in using him again for all our future plumbing needs.

  Very honest, helpful guy!

  It's really refreshing to find an honest tradesperson - who doesn't just tell you that you need to replace things, or have loads of work done. Joel gave an honest review of our radiators and system, bled the radiators and showed me how to do it, and then gave me some tips to try so that we can see how things before deciding if we want/need to spend money replacing radiators. 2 other people I contacted came round, glanced in each room and then told us we needed to replace radiators and have work done, quoting nearly £1000 each! Lovely guy, and I will keep his details saved as our 'go to' guy.
